Release: Beres Hammond and Buju Banton “We Need Your Love”

Beres Hammond, the Lover’s Rock icon, has remixed his 2022 single, “I Need Your Love.” The remix welcomes his long-time collaborator and friend Buju Banton to the track “We Need Your Love.”

The digital release arrives on April 14 via Harmony House/VPAL Music. 

Produced and arranged by Beres Hammond and “Crucial” Tony Phillips of Ruff Cut Productions, “We Need Your Love” features contributions from saxophonist Dean Fraser O.D., bassist Kenton Brown, drummer Trevor Fagan, trumpeter Oneil Macintyre, and keyboardist Carlton “Bubbler” Ogilvie. Crucial Tony also played guitar on the track.

The new release adds to the growing list of collaborations between Buju Banton and Beres Hammond, which includes hits such as “A Little More Time,” “Who Say,” and “Pull Up Vibes,” among others.

“We Need Your Love” is available on all streaming platforms.
