After taking some time off to invest in the expansion of Awókey Entertainment, DJ Jizza decided that it was time once again to pick up on his old passion.
After a couple of guest appearances at multiple events during the Rotterdam carnival weekend last year, Jizza was also lucky enough catch a promotional gig at the Rotterdam Unlimited Carnival Parade deejaying as a solo deejay for La Diferencia Carnavals- & Entertainmentgroep.

Rotterdam - Allianz Entertainment is proud to announce collaboration with Club Livv for a new concept to be launched on November 9th called Collabo Beatz. Collabo Beatz (derived from collaborating beats) is a new concept were we invite top deejays to allow different music styles to collaborate with one and other. The strategic location, classy appearance and the positive feedback we received from our partners where the decisive factors for us to choose Club Livv as our location for organizing this event.

It was self-evident that Jizza (born Julien Johnathan Joshua Werleman), better known back in the day as Johnny, was always very fascinated and driven by music – particularly Hip-Hop and Caribbean music. Being from the beautiful and Happy Island of Aruba, Jizza was introduced to Caribbean music at an early age, as he used to tag along with his mother to go to Caribbean parties as a young teenager. His love for Caribbean music was also very much influenced by Claudius Phillips who was managed by his aunt Edwina Werleman and was crowned Calypso- and Roachmarch King on thirteen unique occasions.
